We started critters training in 2021, after our 2 bull breeds had gotten into a series of flights. Most dog trainers we approached would not help however Chris and his team faced the challenge head on. Through simple changes such as kibble, using the correct leads and having basic training in place we noticed a massive change in both dogs. Our youngest dog had a tendency to become aggressive with other dogs when on the lead. Chris tailored his training to meet her needs including conducting several one to one sessions with his own dogs. After 2 years, we have finally graduated training with 2 very well behaved dogs and the tools to continue the training ourselves. Thank you to Chris and the Critters team for showing us that with the right training and setting boundaries even the most challenging of dogs can behave. I first went to Critters 4 years ago to help train my puppy, he was my first dog so i didn't have a clue where to begin, Chris and the team have helped give me more confidence and direction on how to train my dog in a correct but firm way as i have always been too soft with him, they have helped train Bailey (and me, which i think was the biggest challenge) into a better dog and owner. Since going to the training sessions my dog Bailey is also walked 4 days a week by the team, they are fantastic he always comes back home happy, safe and tired which is what every owner wants. The team are always very professional and friendly. As i work full time i needed someone that wouldn't let me down and have the worry of my dog being at home full of energy, Critters are very reliable and never let you down. Fantastic service we have weekly dog walks and the occasional house stay. Really good staff friendly and helpful and provide advice at all times helped us socialise our dog and tire her out.
